Mauritania is a prime location for wind energy production due to its consistent wind patterns. With wind speeds reaching 7 meters per second in the Nouadhibou region, cheap and clean electricity can be generated. This renewable energy source is not only important for electricity production, but it is also a crucial component in green hydrogen projects. Green hydrogen is a zero-emission fuel that is produced using renewable energy sources, making it a cleaner alternative to traditional hydrogen production methods
